McLane Group–The Lakes at Central Pointe

The Lakes at Central Pointe project consisted of an initial master plan study to locate the new 20,000 s.f. office building and food-truck pavilion. In addition to housing the McLane Group headquarters, the building includes two tenant lease spaces. A central corridor serves as a gathering and transition space. The building was designed to allow natural light throughout all spaces while capturing beautiful views of the lake. 

The Promise House

Location: Temple, TX

Client: Family Promise of Bell County

Complete renovation and upgrade to St. Luke’s sanctuary including a new covered drop-off area, new Main Foyer, restrooms, and new 70-seat chapel. Sanctuary renovations included a new sacristy, new altar, new baptistery and a new clerestory over the alter. The rear wall of the new altar is glass with glass doors allowing those in the chapel to participate in the Mass in the main sanctuary. Renovation also included an upgraded Parish Hall with new kitchen and new landscaped Plaza connecting the entire church campus.

Ralph Wilson Youth Club

A new replacement facility for Ralph Wilson Youth Center. Facility contains administration offices, graded recreation rooms, community room, demonstration kitchen, library and study hall, computer room, dance studio, arts and crafts center, movie theater, gaming room, youth recreation room, full gymnasium with three basketball courts, skating room, covered outdoor dining space, covered pavilion, playground and soccer field.

T. Morales Company

Location: Georgetown, TX

New construction of an office/warehouse building in northern Georgetown, home of T. Morales Company headquarters. The Class A office space welcomes guests with a grand lobby with a two story art wall feature. The large offices are light and airy producing conducive work spaces.
